NanoEngineered Solid State Ionic Metal Oxides for Near-Room Temperature Oxygen Conductivity - NEMO

In NEMO, we aim to break the limits of oxygen ionic conductivity of high activation energy and temperatures. We aim to define the conditions to achieve fast oxygen ions transport and electrochemical reactions in the near room temperature domain within the domain of nanoengineered defective metal oxides, called nanoionics.

We will use low-temperature oxygen ionic conductivity for metal-air solid state batteries in the project.

This project has received fundings from DFF-FTP Project 2 and will be running from 01-02-2022 to 30-12-2026.
