This device provides a comprehensive range of Hall measurements for both Van Der Pauw and Hall bar geometries. The Measure Ready M91 Fast Hall measurement controller, equipped with Fast Hall technology, was specifically devised to tackle the issue of low mobility measurements while significantly reducing the time needed for a standard Hall analysis. In fact, typical measurements for low mobility materials can now be concluded in under a minute.
This system incorporates a strong permanent magnet of 1T and an AC field Hall measurement option capable of scrutinizing mobilities as low as 0.001 cm2/Vs at room temperature, along with charge carrier density and type, resistivity, Hall factor and Hall coefficient.
