Project title: Metrology for determination of thermal boundary conductance in 3D metal interconnects
I am an industrial postdoc at Capres A/S, a KLA company, in collaboration with the Technical University of Denmark (DTU). I am part of the research and development team, where we try to improve measurement accuracy and find new applications for the micro four-point probe (M4PP) technique.
