Thesis title: Modelling of nanoscale heat and charge transport
I use numerical modelling to predict the charge and heat transport in nanoscaled systems. Topics that I am working on are thermal phonon transport in the (quasi)ballistic regime and thermoelectric properties of thinfilm oxides.
