Project title: Quantum Twisting Microscope for Complex Oxide
Our objective in this project is to use a quantum twisting microscope to enable twist-angle-dependent electronic measurements on layered materials that go beyond the well-known van der Waals materials. My work focuses on various approaches for in situ twisting study of complex oxide heterostructures, primarily on the fabrication of QTM chips/cantilevers and the optimization of the oxide interface and chiral system.
I have a PhD in engineering from Sungkyunkwan University in Korea and a bachelor's degree in materials science from VNU in Vietnam. My PhD research focuses on field effect studies, structural characterization, and functionalized layered materials, such as MXene and van der Waals materials.
